Standards
Editorial Standards
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These are the rules we hold ourselves to. They exist so you can judge how much to trust what you read here.
Sources
- We build stories on primary, official sources: company newsrooms, press releases, official blogs and filings.
- Every article lists its sources, with links, at the bottom.
- We do not copy other publications. If we mention another outlet's report, we say so and link to it.
Facts, claims and opinion
- Facts come from the linked sources, such as a date, a price or a list of features.
- Claims are a company's own statements, for example how much faster a product is. We label them as claims and note when they have not been independently tested.
- Rumours and leaks are labelled clearly. We do not present them as confirmed.
- Our view is marked as our reading or opinion, so it is never mixed up with the facts.
- When something is not stated by the source, we say it was not stated instead of guessing.
How articles are made, including AI
We use AI tools to help draft articles from the official sources we collect. A person then reviews each draft, checks it against the linked sources, and decides whether to publish it. Nothing is published automatically. AI tools can make mistakes, which is why every article has a human check and why we want to hear from you if something is wrong.
Updates and corrections
News changes. We update articles when new official information arrives, and we fix errors as soon as we confirm them. See our Corrections page for how to report a mistake.
Independence and money
- No company can pay for a story, a rating or a positive angle.
- If we use affiliate links or ads, they are disclosed and never change what we write.
- We do not accept gifts that would influence our coverage.
Reader comments
Comments are checked before they appear. We remove spam, abuse, personal attacks, illegal content and off-topic promotion. Comments reflect their authors' views, not ours.
